My work as an Executive, Leadership and Team Development Coach draws from the principles of emotional intelligence and adult developmental coaching strategies to assist individuals to think, interact and make decisions based on rational, objective thinking versus emotional subjective thought based on internal bias and established self-stories.

Life Coaching is a pretty big umbrella. I work with folks who have experienced life changing events (i.e. divorce, downsized out of a job etc.) and others who desire a change in direction because they feel stuck. My approach to coaching has become even more effective from including many of the life-changing lessons I learned while riding my bicycle across America.

As a consultant, I draw on my eighteen years as a brand and marketing communications strategist. I began as a copywriter and worked up to becoming a partner/owner of a boutique brand strategy/marketing communications agency. I develop overall strategies and marketing campaigns, along with creating brand positions and creative for small and medium sized companies.
